where KIDS can learn all things tech

With gracias support from Codecombat.com and Steve Smith, we are able to provide free coding education, something they certainly could not afford. As Steve Jobs said, “Everyone in this country should learn how to program because it teaches you how to think.” In addition, all kids learn how to play chess in person and are given a Chesskid.com account in order to think a few moves ahead.

 Logic and Creativity

Outer Haven's computer programming courses offer a unique blend of fun and education, teaching children critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative skills. Through engaging and age-appropriate programming challenges, kids learn to code, developing a valuable skill set that encourages logical thinking and innovation.

Strategic Thinking

Our chess program at Outer Haven is designed to enhance children's strategic thinking and concentration skills. By learning and playing chess, children not only enjoy a classic game but also develop mental agility, patience, and the ability to think several steps ahead, skills beneficial both in academics and in life.
